Well, a speedy run for me anyway! I hit the pathway around the river downtown with a bunch of other Calgarians who were out enjoying the sunshine and warmth. I got my 3 mile run in at 31:33 for a 10:31/mi pace. I’ve always saved my weekday running for the evenings, but I have to say I really liked getting out and doing it over lunch. Saturday is my last LR before the Minnie – 8 miles.
Thank goodness tomorrow is Friday!
