I found a Yoga for Runners workshop this weekend that I am going to go check out. I think I could stand to improve my stretching a bit. After I was home from my 10K this past weekend I popped in a yoga DVD and it felt great. I think I need a bit more variety than what I’ll get from that lone DVD, and it should be an interesting workshop. The class is taught by a marathoner and an experienced yoga coach. I’ll knock out my 9 miles, then head for the workshop.
