After I was done spinning I had to hurry up and shower and rush off to a breakfast date. I was meeting my brother and sister-in-law, niece and a friend at Cora’s. I’ve heard great things about this place and have been pretty keen to try it for awhile. Just a note my Canadian friends with a Cora’s in their city…if you get there too much after 9:30 am you’ll be waiting awhile for your breakfast!
The menu had so much good looking stuff on it. Hello, a big plate of cheese with fruit?I wound up going for some brioche French toast with a ton of fresh fruit (um…plus some bacon and an egg). I couldn’t finish all my breakfast, but wow…it was so good..!
Tomorrow is Family Day here in Alberta. The plan is to hit up the 6:30 am hot yoga class tomorrow. After all, if Maggie doesn’t let me sleep in I figure I might as well get up and do something productive!
Oh that breakfast looks super-YUMMY!
Have a great Family Day.
Love the mug your hot cocoa is in. 😉 All that fruit makes me want some now!
I read KERF, too! And wow, that breakfast dish really does look AMAZING!!!
You and your food pictures kill me over here. I wish we had one of those restaurants by us, sheesh. What a breakfast!
That’s a huge breakfast! Yum!
I LOVE CORA’S! But it usually takes me half an hour to decide what to order.
Happy Family Day!
All that fruit is making me HUNGRY!!
Cora’s Quebec business =) Unfortunately most of the brekkie are way out of price IMO and yes you wait super long to be served. Oh well, we only export good things lol
I wish I had this family day you’re talking about. Poor you with Maggie the early riser! So glad Rocky’s super lazy over the week-end!
That looks awesome – the pefect comibination of meat and fruit!
