I ran a few cross country races!
Neil and I went to Edmonton to visit the Harry Potter Exhibition, and I also got up ridiculously early while we were there so I could watch the men’s hockey gold medal game.
I raced my first sub-60 10K race since 2010 at the St. Patrick’s Day Road Race.
Neil and I went house shopping, and we put our old house on the market! I also ran the Glencoe Icebreaker 10K with my friends Shannon and Trevor!
May was a big month! Shannon and I raced the very soggy BMO Vancouver Half Marathon together.
And I travelled to Montana for a training weekend with these amazing ladies.
I celebrated turning 36 with a 127 km bike ride in Banff with Shannon.
I was in Penticton for an Ironman training camp. It was a huge weekend of training (right before we happened to be moving which added some extra stress). I had some great workouts though, and I rode all the way up the wall (a road where you gain 150 m in less than 2 km) with no stopping or crying this year!
We also moved into our new house!
The final push to Ironman Boulder! Post 180 km bike ride through Banff National Park.
Having to call a ride early because I got caught in a massive downpour.
Celebrating my final bike ride before Ironman Boulder with an ice cream in Bragg Creek.
Racing Ironman Boulder was a huge highlight!
Celebrating in Las Vegas after the race.

Travelling to Disney World!
Sadly September ended with me being sick while at Disney World. This soup was the first food I was able to eat in 24 hours. Fun!
Lots and lots of running as I train for the Goofy Challenge!
Date night with my husband at CHARCUT.
And hanging out with these two little guys.
How was your 2014?
