Now might be the time of year where you are spending a lot of time training indoors. Staring at the wall and running or spinning to nowhere can get really boring really quickly. I know some people love to listen to podcasts or watch movies while they are spinning or on the treadmill, but for me I prefer to crank the tunes. That way I can still stay engaged with the workout I’m supposed to be doing, but I have just enough distraction and motivation to keep going. Are you looking for some running or spinning playlist song ideas?
Here’s what is on heavy rotation while I’m training right now:
Betty Who – Heartbreak Dream
Skylar Spence – Affairs
JR JR – Gone
Bronze Radio Return – Shake, Shake, Shake
Audien feat. Lady Antebellum – Something Better
Mako – I Won’t Let You Walk Away
Martin Garrix & MOTi – Virus (How About Now)
What is your favorite song that you are listening to right now?
I am linking up with MCM Mama, My No Guilt Life and Marcia’s Healthy Slice for Tuesdays on the Run.
I’m so out of touch that I’d never heard any of these before. I took a listen though and they all sound like good running songs. Thanks for joining us!

Once again, my musical ignorance has been exposed. I know none of those names or songs, or even song names. But this “playlist” thing. Maybe I should look that up and try it. If so, I’ll let you know how it goes. A new thing, I’m open to new things.

Ooooh I don’t have a single one of these on my playlist. Time to freshen things up!

I love these! Such a large variety of genres too. I always find it interesting what pumps people up on their runs. I always struggle to keep up with the hits and forget to update my playlist–no matter how much a song pumped me up at one point I tend to overplay it until it makes me drag on.
