Flat 4 miles…

May 23, 2007 By: Runner Leana

Last night I went back out to Shouldice Park to run and detoured across the Bow River to Edworthy Park. It is amazing how different the scenery along the pathway is on the other side of the river compared to what I saw on Sunday. Sunday’s run was somewhat residential with open green lawns along the pathway. On the other side you have forest and seclusion.

The pathway out this way is much flatter than what I normally run around near my house, so it made for a speedy 4 miler. It was also a good opportunity to enjoy the sunshine before the clouds and rain rolled in last night!
